Mr. Tajzadeh, who was released from prison after three years of imprisonment to attend the funeral of his only brother, was arrested three days later, on November 13, at his daughter's house and transferred to Evin prison.

As I mentioned in the previous footnote, Evin Prison does not in any way directly affect the transfer and relocation of prisoners (meaning non-security prisoners) from the Revolutionary Guards and the Ministry of Intelligence, even the protection of information by the judiciary does not affect them and they do not take any action.
