Sometimes it wears out from a place where we have seen for years that everyone has warned about it, but no one has been willing to pay the cost of deciding on it. "Imbalance" may be the most polite word we have created to describe one of the most ruthless realities of today's Iran; a country that sits on one of the largest oil and gas resources in the world and today also talks about electricity shortages, gas shortages, gasoline imports, fuel shortages, power plants, and matters of this kind, and the billions of dollars in capital that we still need to save our energy infrastructure.
