In the afternoon, I went to Mr Rabani Amlashi's house to meet Ayatollah Montazeri. The Prime Minister and Mr Mousavi Ardabili also came, and we discussed order in the Revolutionary Courts, the resignation of the Supreme Judicial Council, the customs, and the National Industries Organisation, which is unjustifiably subjecting people's factories to Article J. We also had some theological discussion about proxy in the acquisition of permissible things.
Early in the evening, Dr Vahid [Dastjerdi] came home and we discussed several matters, including the situation at Evin Prison. We were guests for dinner at Mr Ansari Zarandi's house. Some members of the Imam's office were also present. I got home late. Mohsen and Afaf were awake, and we stayed up for a while and talked.
