The United States Ministry of Foreign Affairs called Mustafa Tajzadeh's arrest while on leave from prison and his transfer to Evin as an "obvious disregard of the Islamic Republic's principles, human dignity, and justice."

Mr. Tajzadeh, who was released from prison after three years of imprisonment to attend the funeral of his only brother, was arrested three days later, on November 13, at his daughter's house and transferred to Evin prison.

  Also, has the prisoner and his sponsor been given an understanding and commitment not to leave their city of residence during the leave?
