"Referendum and Constituent Assembly: A Way to Salvation or a Wake-Up Call?"

At a time when the truth is buried under the rubble of the narratives, sometimes a sentence of an enclosure can break the silence.  At the moment the structures are heavier than ever on the shoulders of the people, the invitation to the referendum and the Constitutional Assembly is not just a political offer;  Perhaps the bell rang for people who are still asking if this order represents our representation.  Mir Hossein Mousavi's recent statement is not only a response issued by foreign aggression, which is a critique of internal foundations.  This offer smells more than anything.

Abdi Media: Why was Mousavi's statement issued now?

Abdi Media: Why was this statement issued at this point?  What is Mr. Mousavi looking for?  What can an enclosed political leader do in principle?

Morteza Alviri: Mr. Mir Hossein Mousavi had been discussing this discussion two years ago in February.  At the same time, both critics and supporters were, and Mr. Khatami's scheme was published with one day of time, and the reformists and transfers were discussed.  Some believed that tolerance should be taken and slowly pushed Mr. Khatami's plan.  Mr. Mousavi's plan and a referendum were one step longer, some disagreed with and some considered it consistent with the current situation.

These things were combined with war.  People have faced two important events: on the one hand, the inefficiency of sovereignty that exacerbates crises;  On the other hand, the foreign enemy with worrying performance in different countries.  People have bored that the country may be exposed to more severe impulses and even breakdown.  In this situation, people preferred to stand up to the foreign invasion - or in other words, they did not spread the "red carpet".  Some had the illusion that people were satisfied with the performance of the sovereignty, and some of the pillars of the sovereignty were happy to support the people.

Mir Hossein Mousavi warned: Foreign rape is condemned and martyrs celebrated this;  But he stated that the sovereignty would not think that people are standing behind him.  In this case, he raised the referendum and reminded other necessities;  Including the release of political prisoners, the rationalization of the press space, the passage of media monochrome, and the reform of the status of audiovisual.  He said that the majority of the people in the decision and decision making of their country are inappropriate and that this should be eliminated.  Rescuing the country is the role of the people;  The way to hold a referendum by sovereignty and drafting the new constitution is at the will of the people to form real participation.

Alviri: Civil society must be coherent to enable the solution - that is, to make people's presence in decision -making.  The world has experienced.  Nelson Mandela was once in jail, and many said the government would not obey;  But we saw that the sovereignty under internal and external pressures had to abandon the apartheid system and form a new system.  In Spain, when Franco ruled, the complete dictatorship was Sari.

Alviri: Yes.  In many cases, new ways can be discovered and global experiences can be considered.  Contrary to those who say that its sovereignty never gives its referendum to its own disadvantage, there are cases where sovereignty is forced.  In Chile, [the regime] performed the "coup" in year 6 and a referendum was held for the constitution;  But the same Mr. "???"  It was dismissed in the referendum that was forced to attend.  We have no escape: The constitution is in the current constitution, and many of the discontent goes back to the text and its interpretation (especially by the Guardian Council) - and in some cases, explicitly in the principles itself.

A revolution or peaceful transition?

Abdi Media: What is the difference between this approach and the view of "subversive fundamental change"?  Is Mousavi seeking a revolution or change from within?

Alviri: This is fallacy.  Mr. Khomeini began his struggle in Iran and influenced religion and mosques that increased day by day.  The shared slogan of the people was "Independence, Freedom, the Islamic Republic" and the slogan "China, the Soviet Union, our people's people" was well heard.  Mr. Khomeini used the conditions of "good";  In France, he spoke to the world and presented a picture of the future that, if realized, our destiny would be different - from the full freedoms to the Republic of France.  People welcomed him with open arms, not as a "foreign factor".  He was previously exiled in Iraq, was fired from Iraq, failed to go to Kuwait and then went to France.  "British Factors" and these analyzes are "Napoleon's uncle";  Some attach the inefficiency of the system to external factors.

Dream of "Street after attack" and unanswered questions
