Why have the minutes from the Supreme Supervisory Council regarding the elections of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture of Iran not yet been issued or published?

According to the provisions outlined in section 3.5 of the regulations governing the meetings of the Supreme Supervisory Council for Chambers of Commerce, it states:

“Voting to make decisions (in the Supreme Supervisory Council) shall be public, and the prepared minutes shall be signed by those present, whether in favor or against. A summary of the opinions of both supporters and opponents shall be included in the minutes.”

Sources familiar with the recent meeting of the Supreme Council have reported that the procedures stipulated in section 3.5 were not adhered to, as no minutes were recorded with the presence of members, and a vote was not conducted. Before any decisions were made, two ministers left the meeting, and the third minister's departure effectively ended the session without any resolutions.

Therefore, the claim of existing minutes and their issuance is untrue, and any potential minutes that might exist have certainly been prepared outside the meeting and signed in a circulation manner (with a maximum of four signatures, which contradicts the regulations stated in the guidelines) and lack legal validity.

Given that the entire session was recorded on video, if Mr. Khandoozi, the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, accurately asserts this, the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade should release the video of the moment when the session was held or the public voting regarding the agenda items.
