While the Zionist regime's aggression continues, Americans want to negotiate

The Arak Heavy Water Reactor - founded by the IAEA comprehensive sanctuaries, and in accordance with the technical specifications agreed in the Comprehensive Joint Action Plan (Brjam), which makes any danger of dissemination impossible, is under construction yesterday by the Israeli regime.

It is imperative that the United Nations Security Council, which meets today, preserves and enforces its resolution, which unanimously passed the Israeli regime's attack on Iraq's nuclear facilities in year 6.

The language of that resolution is unambiguous: Any military attack on nuclear facilities is the attack on the entire IAEA's regime, and ultimately the NPT invasion of the NPT.  The resolution applies not only to past actions, but also for future behaviors, and sets a clear legal standard against use, or threats to use, the force against the nuclear facility under the sanction.

If the Security Council fails to act today, it must explain to the international community why its legal principles on such an important issue are only selectively applied.  In the event of the collapse of the World regime, the council, along with the Israeli regime, will be responsible.

As the Zionist regime's aggression continues, the Americans want to negotiate and have sent messages several times.   We have explicitly said that until the invasion and rape are stopped, there is no room for dialogue.
