Justice Minister Rahimi said: In the 2023 budget bill, the government has increased the budget of the judiciary in line with other institutions, which is due to the limitation of the government's resources. However, in the Law of the Sixth Development Plan, there is a provision that 2.9 percent of the public budget resources should be allocated to the judiciary.
The Minister of Justice pointed out that in the general policies of the 7th plan, there are references to strengthen and stabilize the budget of the judiciary.
