Moreover, it had been rumored that Sheikh Jafar Ghiyani, the former prosecutor of the Judicial Disciplinary Court, might be appointed as the head of the Supreme Court.
Likewise, there was no news regarding the selection or reappointment of the Prosecutor General of the country.
Nor was there any news regarding the appointment of the First Deputy and the Political and Security Deputy of the Prosecutor General—positions from which the previous deputies were appointed to other positions by Mohseni-Eje'i's decree.
