Issuing a new and important unanimity decision in the General Board of the Supreme Court

"According to this unanimity decision, which is the rule of law for all judicial authorities, the mere filing of a criminal complaint against a judge, after the beginning of his investigation of the plaintiff's case, does not lead to the rejection of the judge.
The justification of the judges of the Supreme Court in this decision has been aimed at preventing possible abuse of the institution of recusal. This abuse is a kind of abuse of civil and criminal procedures.

In this way, another way to reject the judges by the criminal or legal plaintiff after closing the way to stop the execution of the death sentence according to the explicit text of the note of Article 478 of the Criminal Procedure Law, was closed by simply calling for the resumption of the proceedings by the Supreme Court.
