Abdollah Abdi - Abdi Media

Are intelligence agencies using media tools and certain specific activists to discredit and prepare and publish content against critics, so that if protests arise from the targeted individuals or if a possible complaint is taken to the prosecutor’s office, they can say: "Did you expect support from us when you trusted the judicial organization regarding Sheikh Kazem and others?"

Well, this is also a claim in cyberspace, and there isn't much that can be done about it.

And more importantly, are the decision-making intelligence officials providing and preparing a new narrative that, in this very specific atmosphere of recent days, shifts the focus of continued specific criticisms to other criminal dimensions under a different title, or are they trying to create a potential sedition and label the critics as instigators of that sedition and incident?

One of my hypotheses was the occurrence of protests at Friday prayers in Tehran against the Friday prayer leader, which I also mentioned in my midnight note to Mr. Davari. It was unclear what the reaction would be for the critics and those involved, which, of course, did not happen.
