دو سوال در پی صدور حکم سید محمود حسینی پور بعنوان معاون امور مجلس رئیس جمهور توسط محمد مخبر، «مدیر قوه مجریه»

1- Ebrahim Raisi had appointed Seyyed Mahmoud Hosseinipour as the deputy of the president's parliament affairs, and as a rule, the decrees of the president remain in force as long as they are not canceled by the next president or that person resigns.

Why did Mohammad Mokhbar issue the order of acting deputy of the president's parliament again?

Didn't Ibrahim Raisi sign the official verdict?  Or is it another matter?

2- In Ayatollah Khamenei's message, the term executive branch director is used for Mohammad Mokhbar, but even though he is the head and sponsor of the presidency, he signs the correspondence with the title of head of the presidency.

 Which is legally correct?

 Abdullah Abdi
