Abdollah Abdi - Abdi Media

Please take note of the thought-provoking tweet by university professor, senior attorney, graduate of the Islamic seminary, and professor at the Islamic seminary Sheikh Sadegh Larijani, "Hojjatoleslam wal Muslimin Dr. Mohsen Borhani," regarding the inherent duties of the police and judicial orders as an authorized agent.

Please be aware that my intention is in no way, shape, or form to defend the actions of the Islamic Republic regarding hijab and chastity or any illegal actions or potential violence by Faraja [Iran's Law Enforcement Command].

While drawing your attention to my completely transparent questions to the professor, and my other notes in Abdi Media, this esteemed professor of law, instead of precisely interpreting and explaining the laws and current regulations of the Islamic Republic, directs public opinion towards the police's actions as the executive arm of policymaking bodies, by portraying himself as a victim due to being prosecuted, expelled from the university, and threatened with the revocation of his law license, and so on.

Can the police, without legal judicial backing that has been publicly and privately communicated and without the orders of superiors stemming from the special powers of the highest authority in the country, act against the people and enforce special plans?

I have repeatedly said, beware of virtual likes.

But it seems that for the professor, these tweet games have led to many clients, and of course, significant attorney fees as well. To avoid interfering with the professional secrets and the interests of his "numerous respectable real and legal clients," I will not go into details.

Although it has been hinted that his accusations will be dealt with in the Special Clerical Court, so that the information and negotiations of the case will not be accessible to others, thanks to the virtual space and honorable associates, with his identity information in the judiciary system, banking systems, and... many other pieces of information can be easily tracked.

The professor, of course, has the right; because he has played his historical role in managing public opinion effectively at a particular time in the Islamic Republic, and now, though not to the same extent, he is playing a role in a new mission at this time.

I spoke and wrote about this figure at a time when I was flooded with attacks and insults. But I made a vow to write nothing but the truth and, to the best of my ability, not to let the truth remain hidden.

Earlier, in a note addressed to this well-known figure who became an overnight sensation in the virtual space, I said:

"The world passes by very quickly, and it will judge me, you, and all of us mercilessly, and at the head of it all, God Almighty will take account of our deeds—if we have even the slightest real belief."

The intelligence documents of this new era will not wait for the Islamic Republic to change before they are published.

Within the many intelligence and security organizations of the country, there is so much factionalism, upper-level permissions, and intertwined policies that, for a higher purpose, documents and detailed reports are released or exposed.

Woe to the day when the secrets are revealed, woe.
