Abdollah Abdi - Abdi Media

Do you remember my note regarding the statements of Ali Salehi, the public prosecutor and the revolution of Tehran, regarding violations and accusations of corruption of 1200 billion tomans in Pasargad banks and Iran's exports?

And then the announcement of this bank addressed to the people of Iran?

It is very easy to know how influential and how much of a bully Majid Ghasemi, the CEO of Pasargad Bank, is.

Pay attention to the beginning of the prosecutor's indictment

Ghasemi, as a first-tier defendant, with this volume of charges that has not yet been convicted, has been issued a commitment order. And bail for the rest of the defendants!!!

Do you know of any cases in the judiciary and especially in the economic courts with respect to other defendants?

In order to enlighten public opinion about the arguments of assigning charges, I am publishing the text of the indictment issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Tehran Revolution for the defendants, emphasizing that none of the defendants have been convicted so far.

What I understand from the contents of this indictment and the final decision of the prosecutor's office is that:

There is no doubt that these facilities were for rent and friendship, but the basis of the argument of the penalty request seems to be some administrative and banking violations.

In fact, practically no criminal act (crime is different from violation) has been seriously attributed to any of the defendants, and of course, it is up to the competent court to decide, and not me, a simple reporter.

Of course, administrative violations are a type of accusation that must be proven in the competent administrative and supervisory authority, and it is up to the competent court to consider the report of the Central Bank or the bailiff as a reason for the court's favor or not.

What is more strange is that without any introduction, how can the Board of Directors of Saderat Bank of Iran issue such a resolution?

One should be a little patient and wait for the final result of this court without prejudice; However, I feel that the situation is clear to me.
