Dear Mr. President,

Also for the attention of:
Mr. Deputy Attorney General for Political and Security Affairs,
Mr. Minister of Agricultural Jihad,
Mr. Minister of Intelligence,

Greetings,

Considering that Ayatollah Dr. Raisi stated in his recent speech in Izeh: "I do not want to hear that bribery and corruption have infiltrated any government agency and ..."

Now that the qualifications of Mr. Dr. Gholamreza Tajgardoon have been confirmed by the Intelligence Organization of the IRGC, the Ministry of Intelligence, the theologians and jurists of the Guardian Council, especially Dr. Kadkhodai, and that the validity of the elections in the Gachsaran and Basht constituency has been confirmed by the Guardian Council, and he has been elected by the honorable people of that constituency, I have come across some simple but significant questions based on reliable information:

It seems that the Deputy of Horticulture of the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad has issued an exclusive license for the sale and import of blueberry fruit and seedlings in the name of Tehran Golshid Company.

Does the issuance of this license have any connection with Mr. Boroumand, the Deputy Minister of Agricultural Jihad in the Revolutionary Government, and Mr. Dr. Gholamreza Tajgardoon?

Is the granting of this license legal and in accordance with the current regulations of the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad?

Do all individuals have the opportunity to obtain this special license?

Who is the esteemed CEO of Tehran Golshid, Mr. Mohammad Nabi Gohargani, and what is his relationship with Dr. Gholamreza Tajgardoon?

What is the role of the seemingly Turkish company Guney Agripark in this license?

And more importantly, who is Ms. (Z-J), and what is her economic connection with Mr. Tajgardoon?

Is it true that this woman has been granted several dozen hectares of land around Yasuj, or is it an outright lie?

Is it true that one of the esteemed and experienced employees of the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad, who opposed granting this license, has been dismissed?

If, and I repeat, if the country's oversight bodies, especially their senior officials, are not aware of this issue and its surrounding circumstances, do they have the will to investigate this matter and respond to my very simple questions?

Finally, for further information: The license for issuing a production permit for seedlings of the small fruit group is only granted to graduates in agriculture.

Is Mr. Tajgardoon's field of study agriculture?

-Abdollah Abdi
