Abdollah Abdi - Abdi Media

Please refer to my notes in Abdi Media in this regard.

The issue was completely clear and specific, and now it became clearer with this explanation that according to Article 112 of the Constitution, the Assembly considers itself higher than the Parliament and does not allow itself to legislate.

The Supreme Supervisory Board considers itself even higher than this because it considers its powers to be delegated by Article 110, Clause 2 of the Constitution, which no authority except Ayatollah Khamenei has the power to contradict.

Apparently, despite the notes I wrote, the Revolutionary Assembly did not want to understand the real pyramid of power in the Islamic Republic.

It is interesting that Mr. Rashidi Kochi complained to the Commission of Article 90 of the Constitution from the Supreme Supervisory Board, and of course, despite the reminder and request from him, he has not yet announced the result. The result of his complaint, even the possible preliminary correspondence of the 99th Commission, is interesting and historical.
