Of course, this plan, which was approved by the parliament, has effectively been implemented at the "Center" for the Protection of Information of the Judiciary for years, and the country’s intelligence agencies have adapted themselves to it, accepting this existential reality.

Now, just like the Prosecutor's Office and the Special Clergy Court, which was an existential reality that was only given legal status in the fifth parliament by a provision at the end of the Civil Procedure Code, the "Center" is transforming into an "Organization."

Another point that should not be overlooked is that the parliament at the time did not approve the Center for the Protection of Information of the Judiciary as an agent in the Criminal Procedure Code. However, Sheikh Sadegh Larijani easily bypassed the parliament by preparing a request from Ayatollah Khamenei, and with his approval as the #Absolute_Wali_of_the_Order, he designated this center as an agent of the judiciary.

Regarding the establishment of protection for the personnel of this center, it seems that there is a mechanism similar to the Protection Information Department of the Ministry of Intelligence, albeit more agile in its dimensions, which has led to some internal arrests within this center and actions that were partly made public, all under the direct supervision and guidance of the head of this center and that specific unit.
