The Difficult, Even Challenging, Situation Facing the Guardian Council with Seyyed Vahid Haqqanian

I can never believe that the former Deputy for Special Affairs of the Office of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, who, despite all the rumors and speculations, never separated from the leadership institution and now holds a highly sensitive position as "Senior Advisor and Chief Assistant to the Head of the Supreme Leader's Office in Executive Affairs," would enter the election without the Supreme Leader’s knowledge or permission, even if it is denied.

In some cases, the Ministry of Interior prevented the registration of individuals similar to Vahid Haqqanian, with specific backgrounds that were even ambiguous under the new election regulations. However, for Haqqanian, his management experience was recognized as sufficient for him to be considered a political figure, and his registration was accepted.

The "Senior Assistant to the Head of the Supreme Leader's Office" cannot have any security issues or other informational concerns. Besides the continuous supervision of the powerful security office of the leadership institution, other organizations also monitor his actions and those of other figures within the leadership institution. They regularly report their assessments of senior figures within the leadership directly to Ayatollah Khamenei.

My question, or rather my big question, in the second whistle is this:

If there is indeed a will to remove Seyyed Vahid Haqqanian, what would be the legal justification for the Guardian Council, especially when it is required to publicly announce the evidence for rejecting or not confirming someone's qualifications?

In my opinion, if the Guardian Council intends to disqualify him, they will face an extremely difficult task.
