Recommendation to the General Justice of Tehran Province to comply with the usual rules of criminal proceedings in dealing with the case of the People's Mojahedin Khalq Organization

In addition to Sheikh Dehqani as the head of the court, Morteza Turk, deputy judicial officer and head of the Department of Justice of Tehran Province and former deputy public prosecutor and revolution of Tehran, Amin Naseri, the current adviser of the courts of appeals of the center of Tehran province and former deputy prosecutor and head of the special security prosecutor's office of Tehran.  As advisors of this court, they form the jury.

Without judging the court's proceedings, I again recommend to the public relations of the judiciary of Tehran province to pay more attention to the principles of proceedings and their observance, especially in the public domain.

According to the rules of procedure, this place is the "court" and the court must be "neutral" between the "accused or accused" and the "plaintiff or suspect" and the "prosecutor" until the end of the proceedings and the writing of the verdict.

  Therefore, in the official court, addressing the defendants with the term "terrorist" before issuing the verdict, "even if the court's opinion was this opinion" and not mentioning the official name of the People's Mojahedin Organization and using the famous phrase "hypocrites" in the proceedings, on the court board.  The mistake is "legal and judicial" and damages the impartiality of the court.
