I wish that, just as the esteemed lawyers Mr. Hassan Younesi and Mr. Ali Mojtahedzadeh, in a commendable and lawful action, submitted a request to the Administrative Justice Tribunal to annul the directive issued by General Ahmad Vahidi, we now await the decision of this tribunal;

As I have repeatedly stated in various notes:
Anyone who claims or genuinely believes that the resolutions and actions of the National Security Council and the security councils of provinces and cities are consultative and not binding for all agencies, including judicial, intelligence, security, military, and law enforcement, should submit a request to the President of the Administrative Justice Tribunal to halt the current and customary actions and regulations and demand that this matter be addressed by the public tribunal, with the outcome duly communicated.

Although the ruling of the public tribunal will, as per usual practice, be published on the official newspaper website of the country, the website of the Legal Affairs Assistant to the Presidency, and the website of the Administrative Justice Tribunal.

Furthermore, anyone who claims that the actions and orders of Ahmad Vahidi are illegal, and all executors and recipients of those illegal orders are criminals and should be prosecuted, as I previously advised Mr. Mohammad Hossein Aghasi, a lawyer, should submit their criminal complaint to the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Tehran or the Military Prosecutor's Office of Tehran, and they should ensure that the results of their legal actions are communicated.

I emphasize once again that this note and my other writings in no way defend the actions, decisions, or orders of Ahmad Vahidi or any officials of the Islamic Republic, especially regarding mandatory hijab and related restrictions.

I merely present a legal process to clarify obligations and to examine certain claims in a legal context, revealing them for all to see.

These writings will remain for you, your judgment, and future generations, and you will see who, guided by the security institutions of the Islamic Republic, engaged in a targeted management of public opinion, and who, with absurd, unprofessional, and irresponsible claims, were merely content with a few likes on social media and acted as they did.

Woe to the day when the secrets of these individuals are revealed.

I had a friend who used to say, “Reputation is worth a hundred billion.” Gaining it is hard, and keeping it is harder.

I should remind you that this note has no relation to the commendable and lawful action taken today by the two esteemed and brave lawyers, Mr. Hassan Younesi and Mr. Ali Mojtahedzadeh, regarding their visit to the Administrative Justice Tribunal.
