Fana: Mr. Rezvanifar, what is really going on in the Iranian customs?! Is it possible to increase or decrease the customs duties of goods without the approval of the government?! Or is it possible to reduce or increase the customs duties of a specific product only in a period of one year, not every year?! Doesn't such a decision create rent for certain people?! Clarify!
