Messrs. [Ali] Shamkhani, [Minister of Defense], and [Seyyed Ali] Hosseini-Tash, [President of the Defense Industries Education and Research Institute], came. They said that Mr. [Gholamreza] Aghazadeh, [President of the Atomic Energy Organization], will not be able to set up the enrichment system anytime soon, and the [International Atomic Energy] Agency will likely not allow the injection of feed into the centrifuges without signing the 93+2 [Additional Protocol], leaving the work unfinished. If the 93+2 [Additional Protocol] is signed, we will be completely immobilized. They believe that Messrs. Khatami, [President], and Aghazadeh acted politically by announcing the possession of nuclear technology upon the recommendation of Engineer [Mir-Hossein] Mousavi. The solutions were discussed.

[Ghasem] Sholeh-Saadi, who had felt secure after the release of Mohsen Sazegara, returned to Iran and was arrested at Mehrabad Airport. However, their group, named the "National Coalition of Freedom Seekers," has introduced candidates for the Tehran City Council, and Sazegara is also a candidate.
