An open letter and request from senior officials of the judiciary

As an independent journalist, I want to make a small but extremely important request to you.

Can you check very simply, on what date did the appointed lawyer of #SeydMohammed_Hosseini, who was executed today, submitted a request for the resumption of proceedings to the president of the Supreme Court?

And on what date was it referred to the branch?

And what initial decision did the judges of the Ninth Branch of the Supreme Court make to stop or not to stop the execution of the life-deprivation order or to reject the resumption of proceedings?

Without referring to more details, I request you to answer whether you, gentlemen, according to the current systems governing the criminal procedure law, confirm this one part at least with further investigation, which can be observed with the system, that according to the law on the defense rights of the convict Is the deprivation of life really respected or not?

If there is a result for you, the spokesperson of the judiciary should respond, and if you yourself come to the conclusion within the judiciary that the law has not been followed, what will you do about this issue and similar issues?

It is not bad for the follower of my open letter to Mr. Hossein Fadaei, the head of the special inspection of the office of the leader of the Islamic Republic, to follow this issue as well.

No joke! The issue is taking the life of a human and humans.

Please note that I am an independent journalist who is not even in Iran, and I have no purpose except to tell the truth, I am not looking for likes, followers, and cheers from others. If I wanted to, you know the way is very easy.

The request I made is completely legal and in compliance with the customs and according to the current law and the systems governing the laws of the Islamic Republic. Not hearing this voice and literature leads thoughts to other voices.

Even if it is possible to really come to the conclusion that the court branch, in the position of hearing the resumption of the proceedings, has not been implemented in the first instance by observing the unanimous decision of the Supreme Court to stop, let alone reject the resumption of the proceedings in essence?

Again, could not the judges of Alborz and the prosecutor who executed the sentence wait for a few days until the resumption of the proceedings?

On the other hand, the case regarding the allegation of torture was with the Karaj Prosecutor's Office investigator, and the investigator issued a restraining order, which can be predicted by the initial statements of the Chief Justice of Alborz Province.

Was it very difficult for this order to be issued and notified to the lawyer and plaintiff with the approval of the prosecutor, and in case of their objection, the Karaj 2 Criminal Court would deal with their objection?

What do you expect from others when the judiciary does not follow the law of the country?

The only main issue for me is defending people's rights in any capacity.
