Mr "Sepehr Khalaji," greetings.

As the government considers itself to be a people's government and has an active Information Council of which you are the head, may I ask a question, albeit in general terms, for the sake of enlightening public opinion, particularly among legal professionals, judges, and civil activists?

With a brief explanation, I present my question:

Command centers generally have an operational nature and are relatively agile for their assigned missions, and their resolutions are often mandatory.

It is evident that the nature of the command center's mission, whether permanent or temporary, requires a commander to be at the helm, rather than a president, and the process follows this principle.

Now, I will not address the establishment of multiple command centers within governmental and non-governmental organizations and their overall and specific support.

The "Command Center for Hijab and Chastity," headed by "Ahmad Vahidi," has issued resolutions that are mandatory for all sectors of the country, including intelligence, security, military, law enforcement, and foremost, the judiciary, where judges should be independent. On what legal and judicial basis has it been established, and what are its authorities?

I kindly request that the Revolutionary and People's Information Council answer this simple question.

Thank you in advance for your public response.
