About a year has passed since the implementation of the "Host Plan" in six provinces, the purpose of which is to experience the family center and live in it for abused and homeless children of the welfare organization. This plan is not a replacement for the adoption plan, but it is a new way of adoption that can continue with the temporary trust plan and then adoption, but the return of the child to the care center or quasi-family can end in disaster. 

In this context, Mina Heydari from Dataat newspaper had a conversation with Saeed Babaei, Director General of the Office of Children and Adolescents Affairs of the Iran Welfare Organization. 

Saeed Babaei says: Some experts are against this plan and their solution is for the children to remain in the center and they do not offer any other solution. Those who intend to be more involved believe the plan should be more precise and rigorous. The views of children and adolescents entering the host family should also be heard. 
For the first time in this plan, there is a weekly self-declaration for the first step of monitoring, that is, families that host children must explain the child's status through self-declaration forms within a weekly period, which these conditions do not exist in adoption. 
This is the first step in monitoring, and it's not all. Our rules are sometimes a few tenths of steel walls with ducts in the lower layers, but in some cases it's more like a single hedge, both sides of which are visible but so cohesive and deep that you can't jump over it. Self-expression plays the role of the hedge that if someone does something contrary to what they say, they are responsible for it and must be held accountable. 
There are also hurts in the adoption debate. Then, after a while, they will try to get their children back. Is this child not suffering and suffering? Or would another child not suffer from neurological and mental problems or even commit suicide if he learned the reality of his adoption? It will not be repeated for everyone.
