Alizadeh: At the moment there is no clear evidence that tensions are easing. 

The policy of "no war, no negotiation" is the bone of the wound. 
If the road to negotiations opens, it can be said that the temperature of tension is lowering. 
If Tehran refrains from a military response and keeps the path of negotiations closed, the tension will be postponed to the next issue.
