Even in the Judiciary, the cases were not handled together under unified proceedings with separate titles, because unified proceedings would reveal the interconnectedness of the crimes and the defendants and make the work more difficult.

The judicial officers and the agencies from which inquiries are requested also, in cases where there is a courageous, specialized, and persistent investigating judge, either neglect their duties or fail to provide correct and complete answers.

And worst of all, now with written reports denying any kind of cooperation!! What are they supposed to do with the Judiciary?

I know—and they know—the source of all this lies in the comments and activities of that particular group, which you yourself also became inadvertently caught up in, and if it had not been for Abdi Media's timely warning, it is unclear what would have happened in the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad, the Food Security Headquarters Council of the Ministry of Health, the Financial Intelligence Center, and the Foreign Investment Organization of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance!

Interestingly, despite your position as a member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly and a member of its Economic Commission, with your background as acting Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance and economic deputy to the First Vice President, you did not even want to pursue the smallest issue concerning this group, namely tax evasion, which, despite judicial, supervisory, and security oversight orders and follow-up by the then acting Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, the Treasurer General of the country, and the current minister of this ministry, was never investigated, and a separate case is also open in the First Branch of the Prosecutor's Office for Government Employees.

I also published the exact text of the comprehensive order issued by the special investigating judge, and I am sharing it again in the attachment. You had—or have—the ability to investigate why the provisions of this explicit and comprehensive order have not been implemented for two years.

Even more astonishing is that the country's supervisory officials did not question how one company from this group! with zero rials in taxes for the years 1400 and 1401!! publicly promoted the largest merger in the upstream oil industry and did whatever it wanted!

They even dissolved this company during the judicial investigation, despite having falsely presented it as a public joint-stock company!, and they did not provide any documents to the Tax Administration.

Even more remarkable is that the Iranian National Tax Administration did not dare file criminal charges against the person obstructing the tax inspection under Article 181 of the Direct Taxation Law, and apparently, merely out of fear of media attention, subsequent judicial consequences, and intervention by the General Inspectorate of Khuzestan Province, it only issued a tax assessment for the company's dissolution in the amount of: 1,415,611,774 rials!!!

As for the rest of the enormous corporate taxes, nothing, and the judicial case is, for now, subject to the statute of limitations.
