Former advisor of the 28th branch of the Supreme Court

In August of 2014, Seyyed Hassan Shariati, after 9 years as head of the General Justice of Khorasan Razavi province, gave his place to Mozafari, the former head of the General Justice of Kermanshah Province, and by the decree of Sheikh Sadegh Larijani, he was appointed as the advisor of Branch 28 of the Supreme Court located in Mashhad. .

He retired in 2016.

After some time of retirement, he received several different positions in Astan Quds Razavi by the order of Ebrahim Raisi.

Seyed Hasan Shariati is currently working as a lawyer in criminal matters
