An attempt to save "Mohsen Mina", the suspended investigator of the Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office, and return him to the position of advisor to the Court of Accounts?

Surely, all of you are aware, in terms of your legal personality, that Mr. Mohsen Mina, a suspended investigator of the Tehran General and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office, was elected as an advisor to the Court of Accounts just a few days before his suspension from the position of judge, and in fact, to escape suspension, with the lobbying of some specific individuals in the Court of Accounts and the Parliament's Program and Budget Commission.

Of course, the next day, on 4/7/11, reports were made by security and intelligence agencies, including the deputy head of the IRGC and credible public reports to the legislature and the Chairman and MPs on the case of accusation and acute financial issues, and so on.

A significant portion of these reports and documentation on corruption and other issues of the investigator have been suspended from the aforementioned service through various sources, which refuses to publish it for the present.

But it is noteworthy that the suspended investigator in a wonderful way to escape the petition to the Administrative Justice Court against the House of Representatives and the Court of Accounts has called for the execution of the appointment and the use of the organizational post, and of course, the lawsuit is the right of every citizen.

Ali al -Qaeda, the judge of the judge of Mr. Mohammad Mahdi Balali, the head of Branch 4 of the Administrative Justice Court (which I will write more about him), had to finally decide on the issue of adoption after the exchange of bills.  However, despite more than six months after the petition and the exchange of bills and the receipt of the reports of the Conservation and Intelligence References (House of Representatives, etc.) and the suspension of Mr. Mohsen Mina and his corruption and his other issues, he refuses to decide on the issue of the issue!

The question is what exactly did the Deputy Director of Supervision and Inspection of the Administrative Justice Court?

And now the question is more important:

Are the reports of the Judiciary, the Ministry of Intelligence, the Intelligence Agency, the Division of the Prosecutor's Office, and the Supreme Court of Judges and the numerous correspondence of the State and the Office of the General Prosecutor's Office and other judiciary regulatory agencies, as well as the disqualification of Mohsen Mina by the Guardian Council in the Majlis elections?

Or are the same and hidden hands that have been prevented from investigating the suspension and criminal case of the suspension and his wife and his relevant lawmakers in this case?
