The case concerning the allegations against the Zaviyeh Financial Group, in which I noted in my previous memorandum the lack of complete investigations and even inquiries regarding all the natural and legal persons complained against (except for one dissolved oil and gas investment company, Zaviyeh), has been referred to Branch 1060 of the Tehran Criminal Court 2, a special branch for handling crimes committed by government employees, for consideration of the objection to the non-prosecution order.
If, with all your experience in adjudication and your managerial and supervisory responsibilities in the Judiciary, fair trial and the protection of public funds and recovery of government rights and debts are important to you, please just take a brief look at the aforementioned case!
Reviewing the case files from the preliminary investigation conducted by Branch One of the Prosecutor's Office for Government Employees is sufficient.
If you yourself and the presiding judge hearing the complainants' objection are convinced by the investigations! then there is nothing more to say!
