Mr. Mohsen Mina, the Investigator of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Tehran, has been elected as the Advisor to the Court of Auditors with the approval of the Planning, Budget and Accounts Committee of the Parliament.

I don't know if the Legislative Branch Security Center, the Judiciary Information Protection Center, and the Court of Audit Security were asleep or reported, but no one paid attention.

 The above choice was made while Mr. Mina's indictment was pending in the Judges' Disciplinary Prosecutor's Office for issues that I do not publish publicly, and after his appointment as an advisor to the Court and before the final announcement was issued by the President of the Court of Auditors, he was suspended from his judicial position!

Mohsen Mina is from Nourabad Mamasani and has a history of cooperation with the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Tehran in the Hormozgan Provincial Courthouse, and Gholamreza Tajgordon, the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Tehran, is organizing this action in the Planning and Budget Commission of the Parliament in order to save him from judicial suspension and pave the way for him to continue serving in the supervisory arm of the Parliament.
