When a trial case is presented in the "court" and the indictment is read by the "prosecutor", someone should tell this Haj Agha as the president of the court that before the verdict is issued and the verdict is written by the jury, no accused, whether real or not, should be in the courtroom.  And he explicitly addressed the rights to be accused of heinous accusations, to commit the act or acts accused by the prosecutor.

So, if an "organization" has been established for the court to be a "terrorist" and a "group", why is there a need to form a "court" and attend and hear complaints and appoint a lawyer and other formalities of criminal proceedings for the accused?/Abdi Media
