While most of the government and public institutions and organizations became members of the National System of Publication and Free Access to Information, apart from the Ministry of Justice and the official newspaper of the Islamic Republic of Judiciary, despite the legal requirement, no other organization of the Judiciary has become a member of this system.

Of course, I don't know whether the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, as the head of the Commission for Publication and Free Access to Information, has followed up on the necessary follow-up to join the headquarters of the judiciary and its subordinate organizations.

But the head of the Judiciary, who claims to welcome transparency, can at the beginning issue an order to join the headquarters and independent and subordinate organizations under his command to this system.

This is, of course, a legal requirement, but the judiciary has not paid attention to this legal requirement as a model of the law.

It is obvious that giving unclassified information to persons with known identities, who become members of this system, and the limitation of classified documents and information (which is clearly defined and enumerated both in the law and in its executive regulations), is a great help to Free circulation of information and transparency in the judiciary and subordinate organizations.
