ماجرای عجیب مذاکرات و مکاتبه اکبر هاشمی و مجید انصاری درباره اختیارات ودخالت رهبر جمهوری اسلامی

Do you remember my note about the process of approving the restriction of the authority of the Parliament to apply Article 76 of the Constitution and the investigation of the Parliament in the Expediency Council?
You also read Hashemi's diaries for Sheikh Majid Ansari's important objections in the past days and telephone and face-to-face consultations with Ayatollah Khamenei for how to respond to him.

In order to measure Iran's politics and complexities in documentary research, although I did not see the exact text of Mr. Majid Ansari's letter and I hope he will provide a supplementary explanation, I found a document that tells about his strange and important correspondence with Akbar Hashemi.

Mr. Ansari, when he was the representative of Tehran and the head of the Parliament's Internal Regulations Commission, on April 10, 2000, in a detailed letter to Mr. Hashemi, he listed the legal and content problems of removing Note 3 of Article 198 of the Parliament's Internal Regulations in 9 paragraphs.

The summary of was that the investigation of the institutions under the direct command of the leadership is subject to the permission of the leader of the Islamic Republic, which I presented to you in the previous note.

2000 April 14 Hashemi newspaper; He narrates that he was preparing an answer to Majid Ansari, but in this answer, Hashemi preferred to answer Mr. Ansari's problems and objections not with his own signature but with the signature of the public relations of the assembly.

There are some interesting points in this part of Hashemi's response to the public relations signing of the Assembly:

"Some people may think that such approvals of the assembly are done to satisfy the Supreme Leader's opinion, which is really contrary to the truth and reality. Examining cases of disagreement between the Assembly and the Guardian Council in the work of the Assembly is not related to the opinion of the leadership, and practically they are not informed either. And it does not mean that his opinion will be taken so that the space for discussion and exchange of opinions in the deliberations of the assembly will be limited, and if you were present in the meeting; There was no need for this reminder, and your Excellency did not see the need to mention the opinion of the dear leader of the revolution."

"As you wrote; The precious leader of the revolution; Usually, does not oppose the supervision and proceedings of the Parliament and other institutions responsible for supervising the institutions under their supervision, and sometimes they even encourage it, and again, the Parliament has the possibility of supervision through the Court of Public Accounts and commissions, and maybe even with the absence of this authority in the regulations. If the leadership allows, investigation can be done"...

This answer of Hashemi after years and what actually happened in the political atmosphere of the country can be considered and judged more.

Abdollah Abdi
