منع محمد علی ابطحی از انتشار خاطراتش؟

Seyyed Mohammad Ali Abtahi, the assistant, advisor, and closest friend of Seyyed Mohammad Khatami, after publishing the naked photos of his former leader's clergy, which were accompanied by almost certain analyses, has been publishing first-hand memories of the reform era on his official virtual pages for some time.

However, the publication of his memoirs, which he claims were written in those days and he does not want to edit, did not go well with the people in power, and it seems that this political prisoner was given a new warning after the revolution.

Abtahi announced in a post that he has stopped publishing his memoirs, which are a part of the contemporary and important history of Iran, according to the person closest to the head of the reform government, but he may publish some stories from time to time.

History cannot be hidden, and if these narratives of those in power are prevented from being published, they may be published differently, and this is not the fault of the current people in power.

Regarding Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani's memoirs, without judging their details and content, his action to write extremely important historical writings should be praised and thanked for the courage to publish them during his lifetime and then continue it by the Revolutionary Education Publishing Office. , is also the same.

If Hashemi's narrations - in which no one in that position can ever repeat contemporary history from the point of view of power - cannot be allowed to be published in the country through moderation and censorship - self-censorship and government censorship - it will definitely be published outside the country and it will be good. Gentlemen will not come.

The contemporary history of Iran and the Islamic Republic is full of untold things and complications, small examples of which have been found in the memoirs of Akbar Hashemi and recently Seyyed Mohammad Ali Abtahi.

It is better to open one's eyes to the historical facts and learn from history instead of breaking the pen of the writers, because what they say - and what they don't say - will not affect the events and the situation.
