Marxist groups in universities were to address the issue of hijab, while agitators would focus on economic issues. The plan was to start with universities, then spread to cultural figures, and eventually to other social groups. They aimed to transform issues from one demographic to another, from ethnic to religious, and finally target sensitive centers.

However, what actually happened? An incident occurred, and to this day, intelligence agencies have not reached a precise answer. We are still judging based on the incident. Of course, we have had precedents where such events were not random but rather orchestrated.”

Abdi Media noted on the day of Hossein Taeb’s replacement and the appointment of Haj Kazem to the Ministry of Intelligence that “Taeb might be elevated to a senior advisory role within the IRGC or, considering intelligence considerations, later be promoted to strategic positions within the intelligence community of the Islamic Republic.”
