I have seen and published the documents issued by the court and the defenses of Mr. Dehbashi's lawyer from his Telegram channel "Kasht Kham".

The important issue is that some of the esteemed companions and readers to whom the contents of this channel are sent or read in different groups, as well as the dear critics, may not pay enough attention to the summary of the issued document or may think it is advisable not to pay attention!!!!!

In the summary of the document issued by the first branch of the court of appeals of Tehran province, which was previously published on Mr. Dehbashi's channel, it is clearly stated:

On the one hand, referring to Mr. Hashemi Rafsanjani's statement that his death was caused by an overdose (indiscriminate use of drugs) is the justification and basis of the court's favor on the interpretation and interpretation of the medical phrase "indiscriminate use" which implies the use of narcotics in the mind and There are popular rumors; does not enter

Please note that in its decision, the court did not reject the original statements of Mr. Hashemi Rafsanjani, which the defendant cited in his defense, and these statements cannot be said to exist according to this document, but the interpretation of these statements as stated by Mr. Dehbashi does not accept

So exactly the perception in these statements seems to be the point of disagreement between the parties and it cannot be said that Mr. Hashemi Rafsanjani did not express any opinion and there is no document; Because the Court of Appeal condemned Mr. Dehbashi for interpreting it wrongly, and Dehbashi subsequently announced that he will request a retrial from the Supreme Court.

Now we are faced with another legal and judicial case, and that is that the parties or others may consider this part of the court document to be ambiguous or incomplete, or even consider such an interpretation of it incorrect.

In this case, the legal way is still open, because according to the law, the removal of ambiguity or summary of the document is with the same court that issued the decision, and if the judges of the appeals court consider such an opinion to be valid, they will change it by issuing a correction decision or remove the ambiguity. they do

And here I will repeat my previous important and fundamental question, will the Supreme Court accept the reinstatement of Dehbashi's trial?

If the Supreme Court accepts the reinstatement of Hossein Dehbashi's trial, it will be heard again in the other branch of the appeals court, and if it does not accept and Mr. Seyed Hassan Khomeini does not pardon, Hossein Dehbashi will go to prison.
