Currently, the most expensive graves are in Tehran and several cemeteries within the city; cemeteries such as the Shah Abdolazim area, the Imamzadeh Aein Ali Zain Ali, the Imamzadeh Saleh area, and others. In Behesht Zahra, Phase One, located in the northern and western sections, with plots numbered from 1 to 110 and an age of over 40 years, contains the most expensive graves.

However, if you want to purchase a grave in more specific locations, you need to approach brokers whose job it is to connect you with the owners of these private graves for a fee.

Recently, the CEO of Behesht Zahra Organization stated that the prices of graves differ in three areas: one, two, and three, with the starting price ranging from 4 million and 300 thousand to 115 million tomans for a three-tier grave.

In the sections of area three (old sections, 10 to 12 years old), the price for a three-tier grave will be 45 million tomans, while in area two, which has been around for about 24 years and was established in the early 2000s, the price for a three-tier grave will be 75 million tomans. In area one of Behesht Zahra, the price for a three-tier grave will be calculated at 115 million tomans.
