Basically, the name of a street, alley, or neighborhood is a part of the identity, culture, and life of human beings.

If you say Tohid Street, you will get less address, but if you even tell the party of God, Dariush, everyone will show you.
Say that the students' field may not be well, but say that they will understand.
Shahnaz and Farah streets are still common.
Some people even call the Imam Mosque in the Municipality Square, still called it the Shah's Mosque!
This has nothing to do with religious or non-religious, values and sports. It is popular culture.
Basically, the name of a street, alley, or neighborhood is a part of the identity, culture, and life of human beings. Adam's personality structure is even tied to the name of the neighborhood. For example, in Shiraz, if you say that I am a child of the Black Stone or that I am from Pottery or Qasr-e-Dasht, each of them evokes a character in the mind of the audience.
The name of a neighborhood is not just a sign that you can make, you can put another one in its place. The names must be familiar with the identity and history of that region in order to be accepted.
A city of many prides, diverse culture, and many positions, naming all the streets of the city after the martyrs is not really a service to the martyr not only but also sometimes counter-propaganda and lack of taste.
