Abdi Media:
In this detailed letter, it has so far been clarified that no indictment has been filed, reviewed, or formed against Saeed Jalili in the prosecutor's office. These letters merely request the head of the judiciary and the leader of the Islamic Republic to address these allegations judicially.

It is almost certain that Sheikh Sanaei-Far has neither personally nor as a representative filed a complaint against Saeed Jalili in the Government Employees' Prosecutor's Office, nor is he likely to do so.

Full Explanation by Mr. Sanaei-Far:

Following the submission of two letters to the honorable leader of the revolution and the esteemed head of the judiciary, and their subsequent publication and dissemination on certain websites and virtual media, I was met with appreciation and kindness from many esteemed spiritual, political, and religious figures, for which I sincerely thank them. On the other hand, I faced criticism and questions from some dear individuals within the two political streams claiming adherence to principles (Principlists) and reformism, as well as independent figures. Thus, I deemed it necessary to clarify certain points to enlighten seekers of truth, advocates of justice, and true revolutionaries, helping those who do not consider the propaganda of the ruling minority group as sacred revelation.

1. The content and essence of the submitted letters were to remind everyone of the following critical accusations made years ago against Mr. Saeed Jalili and his ideological supporters by various national figures:

a. Obstructing and sabotaging the implementation of the significant Crescent contract, which, if executed, would have brought hundreds of billions of dollars to the country. Today, we are witnessing widespread energy imbalances in various sectors like water, electricity, gas, education, healthcare, transportation, and other development indices. Additionally, in most major cities, citizens would not have faced fatalities due to severe air pollution.

b. During the recent presidential election debates, one of the respected candidates approved by the Guardian Council accused him of obstruction and preventing the implementation of the significant JCPOA agreement. Had this agreement been implemented, it would have created substantial economic, political, and cultural capital for the country. Today, we would not witness the semi-closure of the nation, the emergence of billions of dollars in losses for the people, and the imposition of two-day mandatory power and gas outages for industries every week.

c. High-ranking officials in the country have accused Mr. Jalili and his ideological faction of preventing Mr. Mir-Hossein Mousavi from delivering a speech after the 2009 presidential elections. This speech could have invited people to end the protests and reconsider their rightful objections. Had that speech occurred, the unfortunate events of 2009 would not have transpired.

2. The three accusations mentioned above were not claims that I attributed to Mr. Jalili or his ideological faction in my letters. Nor did I reveal or disseminate these accusations before proper investigation and definitive sentencing. My action was merely to highlight a case that, although it may not have been officially filed in the judiciary or assigned a number, remains open in the minds and opinions of the Iranian people. Citizens have heard about these issues from prominent figures such as Ayatollah Hashemi Shahrudi, Ayatollah Hashemi Rafsanjani, and Dr. Ali Larijani. The case remains unresolved, and people continue to ask why such a significant case has been neglected. If the allegations are proven true, citizens will understand the immense material and spiritual damage inflicted on them and their beloved country by this ideological faction.

3. I believe that the prolonged neglect of such an important and extensive case is neither in the country's best interest nor beneficial to the Islamic Republic. Failing to address this case undermines public trust in the government, particularly the judiciary. People ask, "If the allegations against Mr. Jalili and his faction are true, why is it not investigated, and why aren't the perpetrators punished? If those who made these allegations are lying, why aren’t they held accountable to clarify the truth for the public and ensure that no one dares to make baseless accusations against individuals or political groups again?"

Sincerely yours,
A supporter of truth-seekers, justice advocates, and devoted individuals of heavenly faiths, our beloved country Iran, and its good, oppressed, and endearing people.
