In response to the requests and letters from Sheikh Mostafa Sanaei Far, I have a few simple questions:

While respecting the concerns and courage of Sheikh Mostafa Sanaei Far; as a judge of the judiciary and a judge of special courts in the capacity of a religious authority and prosecutor or deputy prosecutor, and in senior judicial-supervisory positions such as the Special Inspection Office of the Judiciary, why does he, as a legal-supervisory figure, only publish an open letter to the head of the judiciary and Ayatollah Khamenei?

Regardless of whether these correspondences have reached the intended recipients or not, and whether the drafting of these letters was coordinated beforehand or not?

My other question is:

What should the head of the judiciary and the leader of the Islamic Republic do right now with these requests?

If Saeed Jalili has an open judicial case, it has not been explicitly stated in this correspondence what the reason for the suspension of proceedings is. And if he does not have one, how can a trial and court formation, especially with multiple judges, be possible with a special decree from the head of the judiciary without going through the prosecutor's office and preliminary investigations?

Would it not be better for Sheikh, either personally or on behalf of Bijan Namdar Zangeneh or Sheikh Mostafa Pourmohammadi or any other respected legal or natural person, to present any evidence regarding the allegations against Saeed Jalili to the head of the Government Employees Prosecutor's Office and officially file a complaint, or at least act as an official reporter to the prosecutor according to Articles 64 and 65 of the Criminal Procedure Code, and simultaneously inform the public?

If the issues I mentioned have likely taken place, they should officially announce their judicial actions publicly.

If Sheikh Mostafa Sanaei Far were not a judicial figure in various positions and is now not a trusted lawyer, even in the prosecutor's office and special courts of clergy, I would not raise such simple questions.
