Despite the legal requirement, the General Police Command of the Islamic Republic has unfortunately not joined the system of publishing and free access to information. And the Commission for Publication and Free Access to Information, headed by the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, apparently does not take the necessary serious legal action for the legal compliance of Faraja and other public institutions, examples of which I have already published in Abdi Media.
Instead of all these debates for or against Faraja's action for the restrictions imposed on hijab or confiscation of cars; I suggest that every citizen and member of the media and respected lawyers residing in Iran who are members of this system. Or by registering in it and asking the Ministry of Interior to ask, "What are the legal documents for the restrictions on hijab, including the confiscation of cars, as mentioned in the words of Sardar Radan?" And the response of the Ministry of Interior, as the superior institution of Faraja, should be made public in order to enable correct criticism.
Unfortunately, this system does not allow Iranians to register applications from abroad, and that is strange.
