واکنش شورای نگهبان به ماجرای عبدالکريم حسین‌زاده

Hadi Tahan Nazif, the spokesman of the Guardian Council, in response to a question regarding the validity of the Guardian Council's 1960 interpretation of Article 141 of the Constitution regarding Abdul Karim Hosseinzadeh:

Until now, there has been no official inquiry from the Guardian Council in this regard.  The year 60 was not an interpretation of the Guardian Council and was a response to one person's inquiry.  After that, the internal regulations of the parliament had a different ruling on this issue and the Guardian Council did not have any objections.

If there is an inquiry from the Guardian Council and it is within the scope of the duties of the Guardian Council, we will comment.

It should be noted that the parliament did not agree with the resignation of Abdul Karim Hosseinzadeh (a representative who intends to be in the vice presidential office for rural development and deprived areas of the country)./Jamaran
