The first vice president's deadline for drafting the statutes of the cyber security headquarters

"Mohammedreza Aref", the first vice president, ordered that within the next three weeks, the draft mechanism and statutes of the headquarters of the coordination of progress and cyber security will be compiled. This headquarters is supposed to operate under the supervision of the president, and its statutes are drafted in cooperation with ministries, associations, and relevant government, governance, security, and defense institutions.

Emphasizing that the security of the cyberspace is a basic necessity of the country along with the strengthening of the national information network, Aref said that various agencies should put the security of the cyberspace at the top and priority of their actions.

He called the formation of a coherent headquarters with a high executive guarantee for the implementation of policies and orders in the field of security and development of cyberspace as one of the important goals of the formation of this headquarters and as a basic necessity considering the progress of developments in the past years in the world.
