The Assassination of Two Supreme Court Judges: A Complex Case with Extensive Intelligence-Security Dimensions

The assassination of two senior judges with special judicial records, both of whom were the heads of special branches of the Supreme Court, has security and covert dimensions, and its judicial information must definitely be provided after going through the protective-intelligence-criminal procedures.

Therefore, there is no other way but to wait for the next judicial information, and any speculation, analysis, and media perceptions are completely wrong.

The investigating magistrate is investigating the dimensions of the case, and the prosecutor and his deputy are also giving the necessary training to the investigator in accordance with the Code of Criminal Procedure.

 Crude analyses about the motive, purpose, or surroundings of these assassinations (given that even simple criminal cases are not clearly transparent, let alone this case) are defined in the context of purposeful management of public opinion and its direction, and nothing else.

Assassination is condemned in any form and method and is very valuable to me as a journalist, and those affected by the rulings of these two judges in the Revolutionary Courts, the clergy, and the Supreme Court, even those who were forced to emigrate abroad, condemn the assassination, although I understand the convicts, the victims, and other convicts who react in a different way.

Especially the families of those who were deprived of their lives by the verdict of these judges.

What I observed was that in recent years, in contrast to the previous strictures in many cases that led to life sentences, it was strange that he violated similar cases in Branch 39 of the Supreme Court, examples of which were mentioned in Abdi Media at the same time.

In any case, it is important for all of us to reflect on the phenomena and wonders of this day, whether we look at human beings or Islamic.
