Does the Disciplinary Prosecutor's Office inform the judges of criminal charges, or if the criminal charge is noticed, suspend the working judge and the investigator of the Public Prosecutor's Office or the Assistant Prosecutor of the Special Prosecutor's Office for the Clergy of Tehran (as the case may be) proceed to indict and prosecute after the suspension?
