Violation of the "permanent deprivation of attorney" vote of the late Dr. Nemat Ahmadi Nasab after his death

More than a year after the death of the late Ahmadi Nasab, Sarallah Rouhi's lawyer announced the violation of the decision to permanently ban the late Dr. Nemat Ahmadi Nasab from practicing law in Branch 3 of the Supreme Disciplinary Court of Judges
Part of the text of the note reads:
Two weeks before his death (21/09/1923), Dr. Nemat Ahmadi Nasab was informed of the order of reinstatement, but his illness did not spare him to watch the restoration of his dignity due to the violation of the lawsuit of the First Branch of the Supreme Disciplinary Court of Judges.
After prescribing a retrial and announcing the representation of my honorable colleague, Dr. Issa Amini, and me, the case was referred to the Third Branch of the Supreme Disciplinary Court of Judges as co-petitioners by the order of Mr. Nabiullah Davoodi, the honorable President of the Supreme Disciplinary Court of Judges, and finally, the judgment issued by the First Branch of the Supreme Disciplinary Court of Judges, which included the sentence of permanent deprivation of the living Dr. Nemat Ahmadi Nasab from the legal profession, was issued by the honorable judges. Mr. Reza Vesali, Mr. Mahmoud Hossein Ziaoddini, and Dr. Hamid Reza Hosseini were violated, and the same judgment of the disciplinary court was upheld in its entirety.
