In order to comply with the one-month period of publication of regulations related to export and import (including all types of tariffs and trade restrictions before implementation, the subject of the provision of Article (3) of the Executive Regulations of Article (24) of the Law on Continuous Improvement of the Business Environment of the Council of Ministers with the notification number 229597 T 61358 AH dated 03/03/2024) and the first row of the table attached thereto, please order the determination of commercial profits in the next year at the suggestion of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade and the approval of the Council of Ministers should be put on the agenda in such a way that the process of approval, notification and publication in the database of laws and regulations related to the business environment will be carried out no later than the end of February of this year.
