The objection of the vice president of the Islamic Council of Bidakht city to the non-response of the governor of Gonabad regarding the milk factory

Postscript addressed to Mr. Mohammad Heydari, Vice President of the Bidokht City Council:

As I mentioned in the previous note, I recommend that the honorable Vice President of the Bidokht City Council not pursue the contents of the discussed resolution claimed by the Gonabad Governor from the National Security Council.

Regardless of the outcome and for the record, based on the statements of the Gonabad Governor, reflect the matter substantively and legally to the General Board of the Administrative Justice Court. Request the President of the Administrative Justice Court or his deputy to demand the exact contents of the document claimed by the Governor, which is said to be a resolution of the National Security Council (NSC), from the Deputy Minister of Interior for Legal and Parliamentary Affairs or the Secretary of the National Security Council, in accordance with Note 2 of Article 19 of the Administrative Justice Court Law.

Meanwhile, to obtain accurate information and legal action, if the Gonabad Governor has not responded to the inquiry and correspondence of the Khorasan Razavi Province Governorate in this regard, reflect the matter, regardless of the outcome, to the Director General of Inspection of the Province. Also, according to the note under Article 25 of the Law on Promotion of Administrative Health and Combating Corruption, officially reflect it to the General Inspection Organization of Iran through the website 136.ir.
