I woke up before the morning call to prayer. The weather was a little cold. After the morning prayer and listening to the news, Mr. [Mohammed Baqir] Zul Qadr, the commander of the Ramadan camp, came. He said the future operational plan inside Iraq. I allowed him to sign a contract with the Taliban that stipulates their security in the event of an agreement with the future government of Iraq and the conditions that he must accept.

We left for Kurdistan at ten in the morning. Our cars had not arrived. They had gone to Sanandaj through Qorwa. The roads were partly snowy and icy. After passing through Sanandaj, we reached our cars. We prayed noon prayer next to the entrance road. We had lunch in the cars, sandwiches.

We reached Bane near evening. We settled outside the city in one of the camps. We walked for a while in the snow-covered heights and saw the view of the city from afar. It is a beautiful city. The valleys are covered with snow and forest. After Maghrib prayer, the negotiation with the camp and army commanders started and lasted until 11:30 in the night. They explained the operational plans and the situation of the enemy and internal forces. There is a lot of hope for victory. We got the news at twelve o'clock at night and slept.
